Each of our products is custom made to order, carefully crafted to meet your design and style preferences.

Because every item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please make sure you know your correct size and review your order details carefully before checkout.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Eastcoastdesigning25@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Our team will review your claim and, if approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days after confirmation.
