Welcome to Eastcoast Designing. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read carefully.
1. About Us
This website is operated by Eastcoast Designing, located at 1324 North Webster Ave, Dunmore, Pennsylvania 18510, United States. “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to Eastcoast Designing.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or otherwise using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
3. Products and Custom Orders
All of our items are custom made to order. Because each item is crafted specifically for you, you should review your order details (including size and customization) carefully before checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or if an order cannot be fulfilled.
4. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Once you have submitted your order and payment has been processed, it enters production. Therefore, you may not cancel or modify your order except in the case of a confirmed error on our part or a defective item. Please verify all details before completing checkout.
5. Shipping & Handling
Handling (production) time: 3-5 business days.
Estimated delivery time: 10-14 business days via USPS or UPS (Monday–Friday).
Tracking information will be provided when your item ships.
We currently ship within the United States only.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Because our items are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing (unless you failed to supply the correct size), or changes of mind.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing Eastcoastdesigning25@gmail.com with clear photos of the damage/defect and your order number.
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
7. Payment
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods offered at checkout. Payment must be completed in full before production begins. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment fails verification or is deemed fraudulent.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, designs, images, and text, is the property of Eastcoast Designing and may not be used, copied or reproduced without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eastcoast Designing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, delays in shipping, or other issues beyond our control.
10. Privacy
We collect and use your personal information solely for the purposes of processing your order and providing customer service. We will not sell or share your information with third-parties except as required to fulfill your order (e.g., shipping carrier).
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on our website and will apply to all orders placed after the posting date.
